The use of professional Audio and Camera equipment ensures the highest quality online training experience possible.
Safety Net: Each day of the training is digitally recorded (5 hours of recordings) and made available for 6 months of post-training continued study.

What is “Pranayama Breathwork?”

Pranayama breathwork is a term I started using over a decade ago, to make the traditional science of pranayama less obscure and more accessible to the general public.
The term essentially illustrates the use of traditional Pranayama philosophy, techniques and methodology — but in a therapeutic manner that focuses on four pillars:
A breathing practice that is accessible to the general public, rather than just yogis.
Building respiratory proficiency through diaphragmatic mobilization, lung volumization, air pressure regulation, and correct rationing of breath duration.
A reclined position for accessibility to all body types.
A therapeutic experience that resets the nervous system into autonomic balance, reduces agitation in thought activity and ultimately awakens a hunger to live an inspired life.
