Refund Policy

My refund policies reflect the level of professionalism, honour, and commitment I uphold as a person. And so I ask that if you are interested in my support through Mentorships or Teacher Trainings, that you ask yourself if you are genuinely interested in learning and going to the next stage of awareness, responsibility, peace and happiness in your life. Be sure to read policies over thoroughly before registering for any of my services.

  • If written notice for withdrawal from any Mentorship or Training is received WITHIN 15 days of registration, 100% of your payment will be refunded in full, minus the non-refundable $500 deposit (if a deposit has been received).

    1. If payment was received by credit card through Stripe, the refund will be made in the full amount, minus the payment processor service fees.

  • If written notice of withdrawal from any Mentorship or Training is received AFTER 15 days of registration, no refund will be given. However, 100% of the tuition‍ will be credited towards any future Training date of your choice.

    1. Deferral to any future mentorship or training date.

    2. Credit expires after one year.

    3. Only 1 deferral allowed. Failure to meet deferral forfeits your credit.

  • In the event of a natural disaster, global and/or local health concern, or a health matter on the facilitating teacher’s behalf, prior to or during a Mentorship or Training, 100% of the tuition received will be credited.

    1. New deposit is not required.

    2. Deferral to future mentorship or trainings 100% accepted.

    3. Credit expires after two years.

  • In the event you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or recreational substances or if expressing rude, disrespectful or aggressive behaviour that results in other training participants feeling threatened or unsafe, your attendance in our Training will be terminated with no credit.

    1. Zero tolerance for any behaviour that is derogatory, politically attacking, racist, homophobic, heterophobic, or predatory.

    2. Zero tolerance for the use of alcohol, illicit substances, or recreational substance of any kind during this training.

    3. Zero tolerance for disrespectful behaviour towards the tradition.

  • We do not issue refunds or credits after the Mentorship or Training start date.

    1. If for any reason you complete part of a mentorship or training and do not wish to complete it in full, we do not offer refunds or partial credits whatsoever.

    2. If you are registered for a mentorship or training with us and do not show up for the mentorship or training, we do not offer refunds or partial credits.
